The first band I fronted was Willie Brown’s Rhythm Method, and during that period I played with some great musicians from the Sheffield blues scene and made many valued friends along the way. I played a couple of gigs at Colne in that time too. When WBRM folded, I started to do solo stuff (along with my trusty loop pedal) and now combine this with a new band, Bluestown, which is great fun. We hail from Derby, so our local area is South Yorkshire and Derbyshire.
